Capturing the Charm of Sham Shui Po’s Roast Meat Restaurant

When I arrived at this roast meat restaurant, I felt the unique charm of the old district of Sham Shui Po. The restaurant’s roast meat has been deeply loved by the locals for 47 years, and it has attracted foodies from other districts to come and visit. 

The restaurant is filled with various traditional roast meats and nostalgic delicacies. Looking at these delicious foods that are full of color, aroma, and flavor, I couldn’t help but feel a strong sense of human touch.

As a photographer, I presented these delicacies in front of the lens, capturing every delicate detail, and perfectly combining traditional cuisine with modern photography techniques. While enjoying the food, I also experienced the joy that photography brings.

來到這家燒臘飯店，感受到了深水埗獨有的舊區情懷。這裡的47年的燒臘風味深受街坊愛戴，更吸引了跨區食客專程到訪。餐廳中擺滿了各種傳統燒味及懷舊美食，看著這些色香味俱全的美食，不禁感受到一股濃濃的人情味。
