Culinary Perseverance: A Taste of Three Minnows’ Exquisite Cantonese Cuisine

After a long period of the epidemic, we were lucky to have the opportunity to visit Three Minnows (三小漁). This time, we had the chance to shoot a brand new menu for their new branch in Central and tasted many delicious Cantonese dishes.

The chef’s culinary skills were even more exquisite than before, and every dish was stunning. While enjoying the food, we also felt the perseverance and hard work of the restaurant owners, who remained dedicated during the epidemic to provide high-quality Cantonese cuisine and service to their customers.

During the photo shoot, we utilized plating and food photography techniques to showcase the most delicious aspect of every dish the chef prepared in the pictures.
